Our women’s health physiotherapy and osteopathy practice is covered by most UK and international health insurances such as Axa PPP, Axa International, Bupa UK, Bupa Global and Cigna.
Axa PPP & Bupa UK
We are recognized by AXA app and Bupa UK. Patients insured with these insurances do not have to pay for any treatments with our physiotherapists or osteopaths.
Please note:
- Only AXA PPP covers osteopathy treatments
- Home visits will be covered if you have a specific home visit pre authorization and live within zones 1 or 2 in London
How to make an appointment with our French physiotherapists or osteopaths in London for patients insured with AXA PPP or Bupa
Prior calling us to make an appointment for home visit or at the clinic, please make sure you do the following:
- Call your insurer provider, AXA PPP or Bupa UK
- Let them know you need to make an appointment with ‘Excellence Physiotherapy’ and you need a pre authorization number
- Bupa UK or AXA PPP will ask you for our provider number.

CFE in London
CFE is an insurance often used by French expats in London.
How to make an appointment with our French physiotherapists and osteopaths in London if you are an expat in London and are insured with CFE
CFE or ‘Caisse des Francais a l’Etranger’ generally reimburses physiotherapy and osteopathy treatments in London.
You can make a direct booking with our physiotherapist or osteopaths.
It is however always advisable to contact your provider as each insurance policy is different.
How to get your physiotherapy and osteopathy treatments reimbursed when you are a French expat in London and are insured through CFE (Caisse des Francais a l’Etranger)
In order to be reimbursed by CFE (Caisse des Francais à l’Etranger) you will need to have your CFE form filled, stamped and signed by our French physiotherapists or osteopaths when you come in for treatment. Should you forget to bring it at your appointment, you can always email us your form.
After your treatment is paid, our physiotherapists or osteopaths will send you a receipt to send with your insurance claim.
British and international medical insurances (Allianz, April, etc.)

In general, you can make a direct appointment with our physiotherapists or osteopaths. It is always advisable to contact your insurance provider to make sure you will be reimbursed, as each policy is different.
How to have physiotherapy and osteopathy treatments reimbursed if you are insured by British or international medical insurances
For all British or international medical insurances, you will need to pay for your treatments. Our physiotherapists and osteopaths will provide you with a receipt that you present to your insurance provider to get reimbursed.
In cases where you need to have insurance claim form to fill (example Allianz), please bring any form with you at your appointment and our physiotherapist or osteopath will sign and stamp it.
