How do I know if I have an excess to pay in my policy with Cigna health insurance and how do I pay it?
When you call your Cigna health insurance provider to get your authorisation code for women’s health physio sessions, don’t forget to ask them if you have an excess to pay and if so, the amount of it.
When the excess is due, and only if our company takes care of invoicing Cigna directly for you, you will have to pay it with our Cigna covered clinic. There are three possibilities to pay for your Cigna excess with our practice:
- By secure automatic direct debit system: the easiest way. Call us to provide your card details (number, name and expiration date; we won’t need your security code). Once Cigna has confirmed your excess is due, the amount will be directly deducted from your debit card. We do not take any excess in advance or without Cigna’s authorisation to do so.
- Over the phone with your debit card: once you receive our Cigna excess confirmation email, you can call us in order to provide payment over the phone with your debit card (no credit card or Amex accepted).
- By bank transfer: once you receive our Cigna excess confirmation email, you can simply send us the payment by bank transfer to the bank details that will be included in the email.
If you are an Axa or Bupa patient, you cannot book online. Please call our office with your authorisation number.
If you cannot find an appointment that suits you, call us or send us a message: we will do our best to find you a slot.
